North Rosedale Park, a historic community located in northwest Detroit. Vintage homes on the tour comprise a broad range of styles from Tudor revival and colonials of the 1920s to a post World War II bungalow ranch. Rosedale Park built in 1918 was a planned community for those who wanted to live in an environment reminiscent of the English countryside.
The Community House is located at 18445 Scarsdale. Tickets, complimentary beverages and rest rooms are available at the Community House. The facility includes on-site parking and the home tour begins and ends at the Community House.
